Professional Dance Instructor, Choreographer, and Founder of Dance Anytime

Austin Jauregui is a professional dance instructor, choreographer, and the founder of Dance Anytime, bringing more than a decade of experience in ballroom, partner dancing, acrobatics, and social dance to students and performers in the Nashville area.

His training spans a broad spectrum of dance styles, including Country Swing, West Coast Swing, Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Kizomba, Nightclub Two-Step, Hustle, Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Argentine Tango, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Jive, Mambo, and other ballroom and social dance disciplines. His background also includes more than a decade of acroyoga and partner acrobatics, giving him a distinctive understanding of connection, movement, body mechanics, musicality, and creative partner work.

Austin's professional career has included teaching and coaching with established ballroom organizations including Arthur Murray and Fred Astaire, as well as working independently with students ranging from complete beginners to experienced social dancers and competitive performers. He holds Bronze and Silver level ballroom training and combines traditional ballroom technique with contemporary social-dance approaches.

Through Dance Anytime, Austin offers private dance lessons, group classes, social dance instruction, wedding and first-dance choreography, customized choreography, dance coaching, and specialty fusion-dance experiences. His teaching is designed to be practical, approachable, and adaptable to each student's goals, whether they want to learn to social dance, prepare for a wedding, develop their technique, compete, perform, or simply become more confident on the dance floor.

One of Austin's defining strengths is his approach to dance fusion. Rather than treating dance styles as isolated disciplines, he explores how different techniques, rhythms, and movement concepts can be combined to create new experiences. His original fusion concepts have included combinations such as Country Swing with Bachata, Salsa, Zouk, and Viennese Waltz, creating distinctive styles designed around modern music and social-dance environments.

As an instructor, Austin emphasizes connection, musicality, technique, confidence, creativity, and individuality. He believes students should learn more than a collection of steps. They should understand how to move with a partner, interpret music, adapt to different situations, and develop the confidence to make the dance their own.
